Reservations
A deposit of $500 per person will hold your space until 30 days prior to departure, at which time the balance of payment becomes due. We accept payments by regular cheque, or "credit card cheque." Alternately, you may transmit funds online via PayPal, or Interac email money transfer. Before making a reservation, please familiarize yourself with the terms of our payment and cancellation policies.

Upon receiving your deposit, Evolution Guide School will provide you with the tour information package, equipment list, medical form, waiver and terms. To confirm your reservation, the completed medical form, waiver, terms and balance of payment must be returned to Evolution Guide School by 30 days prior to departure.
Balance is payable by cheque, "credit card cheque," or Interac email money transfer. (An additional processing fee is required when paying the balance via PayPal.)

Cancellations
Since numerous arrangements and commitments are made immediately upon receiving a reservation, Evolution Guide School adheres to the following cancellation policy. If you are concerned about financial loss due to cancellation, please consider trip cancellation insurance.
If you cancel...
- 30 days or more prior to departure, a Cdn $100 per person cancellation fee is charged.
- 29 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the course fee is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of the course fee, not including personal transportation costs (flights to Vancouver, Tofino or Sandspit, etc.). Please see our detailed payment & cancellation policies.
Insurance
Travel medical insurance and trip cancellation insurance are highly recommended.
